Every case comes with these five things.

  • All five stages

Research to Slides, each built on the last.

  • Private cases

Your cases belong to your account. No other user can see them.

  • Files to download

The deck for PowerPoint or Google Slides, and every stage document as a Word file.

  • Changes on request

Ask for a change on any document or slide, and only that changes. A document keeps its earlier version; a slide can be edited or redesigned.

  • Every term explained

Every business term is underlined in every document. Hover over one for its plain meaning, the formula, an example, why judges care and the common mistake. Terms new to your case get their own cards.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Case App do?

It takes a business case from the case files to a finished slide deck in five stages: Research, Key issues, Solutions, Outline and Slides. Each stage writes a document you read, question and approve before the next stage builds on it.

Who is it for?

Students entering their first case competition, teams who already compete, business school and MBA students, and consultants whose decks rest on public information.

What do I upload?

The case pack as you received it: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text or Markdown files, up to 50 MB each.

What do I get at the end?

A deck you can download for PowerPoint or Google Slides, and every stage document as a Word file.

Can I change what it writes?

Yes. On any stage document, type the change you want and Case App edits a copy of that version, keeping the earlier one.

On a slide, Apply Change edits that slide and Redesign From Scratch rebuilds it.

Who makes the decisions?

Your team. You choose which solutions to work up, set the deck size and the strategy name, and approve the outline before any slide is built.

I’m new to business terms. Will I keep up?

Yes. Every term a newcomer would look up is underlined in every document. Hover over it to see a plain explanation, the formula, an example, why judges care and the common mistake.

Who can see my cases?

Your cases belong to your account. Other users can’t see them.

Is it allowed in my competition?

Rules on AI tools differ between competitions. Check yours before you start, and only present work your team understands and can defend.
